Think about it like this… Would you buy a new car and never change the oil, or have it inspected or serviced? NO! We know we need to change the oil in our vehicles and perform routine maintenances (tune-ups) and anything else to keep our vehicles in good, working order. The same should be said for the most expensive appliance in your home. Do you agree? A little TLC now can help pay off big later.

We now offer a monthly payment plan, so you can get automatically charged $20 per month on the first unit and $17.50 per month for each additional unit. Our yearly fee of $240 for the first unit and $210 for each additional unit.

Spring Maintenance

  • Lubricate mechanical parts as needed
  • Check all electrical connections and controls
  • Blow out condensate lines and check drains
  • Check refrigerant pressures/check for leaks
  • Clean condenser coils
  • Visual ductwork inspection
  • Calibrate thermostat
  • Clean leaves and debris from condenser cabinet
  • Check blower belt wear, tension and alignment

Fall Maintenance

  • Inspect and tighten all electrical connections and terminals
  • Clean and adjust main gas burners
  • Check defrost operations
  • Check refrigerant levels
  • Check electrical connections and controls
  • Visual ductwork inspection
  • Clean and adjust ignition/pilot assembly
  • Thoroughly brush and vacuum clean the heat exchanger(s) and combustion chambers
  • Test and inspect all furnace safety controls
  • Test and adjust gas pressure
  • Clean blower motor, drive mechanism and fan assembly
  • Lubricate all fan motors and all moving parts
